I offer a more of the right things approach in my nutrition guidance. By consuming more nutrient dense foods, we naturally eat less of those that don’t support us as much. I don’t believe that any foods require total elimination.
With awareness of the science behind macros and calories, we can maintain an informed and intuitive balance to make more mindful choices without the need for obsessive calculation.
Food is not only calories, it is also the nutrients of our social lives. While I specialize in plant based nutrition coaching, I offer consultation for any diets: paleo, keto, vegan etc.
