Each 40-45 min class includes a 5-10 min Q+A answering questions on: fitness, instruction on specific exercises, nutrition consultation, motivation, working around mobility, and more. Classes are designed to work in small rooms with only as much space as the width x length of a yoga mat, and do not require any equipment. Modifications are provided for beginners and across a wide range of mobility.
