Convenient 35 min no equipment virtual classes you can do at home or anywhere

100+ library of virtual cardio + core focused classes. Each 40-45 min class includes a 5-10 min Q+A answering questions on: fitness, instruction on specific exercises, nutrition consultation, motivation, working around mobility, and more. Classes are designed to work in small rooms with only as much space as the width x length of a yoga mat, and do not require any equipment. Modifications are provided for beginners and across a wide range of mobility.

Essentials cardio class

A full body hybrid of primal movements and classic calisthenic exercises, with a focus on improving mobility in our joints + connective tissues in a cardio flow to burn fat + strengthen the body from head to toe. Options for upper or lower body focused classes.

Core-antine abs focused class

A slower, time under tension class focusing on direct abdominal engagement and proper breath-work. Learn how to safely strengthen and define our abs using the 3 main core movement patterns: flexion, rotation, lateral flexion and the 3 anti brace patterns: anti-extension, anti-rotation, and anti-lateral flexion.
